KB Systems indoor bulk storage systems are fully integrated and computerized storage, delivery, and batching systems tailored to meet your bulk management needs.  From single storage bin one-hopper systems to multiple bins serving dozens of custom weigh hoppers with multiple ingredients, we can configure a system to service your requirements.

Our indoor bulk storage bins are manufactured to your specifications in a variety of materials, including epoxy coated steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.  Our custom modular designs provide the flexibility to install your storage bin(s) with minimum space requirements leaving more room for production activities.  Advanced fluidized bed technology provides some of the most reliable operation and discharge in the industry.  Fully equipped with alarms, overfill protection systems, and many options including inventory control, the KB System’s storage bins provide solid performance and years of trouble-free service across the board.

KB Systems weigh hoppers are constructed of sanitary stainless steel, mounted on precision load cells, and provide reliable and accurate batching.  Manual and automatic functions integrated with a centralized control system provide you the flexibility to adapt weigh hopper usage and configuration to a variety batching processes.  Whether you need 200 pound capacity or 2000 pound capacity, we can meet your batching requirements.

The twin storage bin system shown above has a capacity of 75,000 pounds of flour in each storage bin and is constructed of stainless steel to meet strict sanitary control requirements.  Each bin is also equipped with load cells and a digital inventory control system to monitor deliveries, usage, and inventory levels.		Above is a single storage bin system serving one weigh hopper, which in turn, serves two bowl mixers.  The conveying system provides a closed loop pressure system with a KB Centrifugal Sifter.
Multiple storage bins can be arranged in tight quarters to maximize storage capacity while utilizing minimal space requirements.
Multiple weigh hoppers are shown in typical configurations serving multiple mixers.  No matter what mixer you have, we can configure the support structure and discharge system to meet your needs.  Common configurations include straight discharge, swivel chutes, and bowl charging stations.
