The KB Matic Tortilla Line begins with our state-of-the-art dough dividing and rounding technology and continues with some of the most advanced press technology on the market.  Common line configurations include total solutions from oven, to cooler, to packaging.

Precise molding and rounding produces some of the most uniform and round tortillas on the market, and with production rates as high as 24,000 pieces per hour, you’ll have the capacity to meet your production requirements.

The KB Tortilla Press offers advanced computer controlled technology, well formed product, and reliable operation.  Our presses are manufactured in several models and sizes allowing you to select the right press for your production needs.  Well-designed ovens produce uniformly cooked product that is automatically delivered to the cooling and packaging operations.
