Variety Roll Lines
| THE SYSTEM |
 |
- Variety roll systems are supplied to produce round, Kaiser and moulded rolls.
- Combination stretch bread and roll lines with trough-style systems are available for moulded rolls, club rolls and Italian/French bread.
- Depending on production requirements, KB's systems are available in 32", 42", 52" and 62" widths.
- Allen-Bradley PLC central control panel allows the bakery to easily run a variety of different items via menu control for every item produced.

| THE PROPORTIONER |

- Stainless steel dual rotary dough preportioner is available from 500 pounds up to 1600 pounds.

| THE DIVIDER/ROUNDER |
 |
- The hopper fed L-Divider Rounder is available to produce from 0.5 ounces to 13 ounces.
- Capacities range from 4,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour.
- This equipment can produce up to 4,500 pounds per hour.

- The S-Divider Rounder can be configured from four to twelve rows and can operate up to 50 cycles per minute.
- Scaling ranges are offered from 1 ounce to 14 ounces.
- Tightly rounded dough pieces are controlled by variable speed rounding drum. Over 400 units are in operation across North America.

| THE INTERMEDIATE PROOFER |
- Positive handling of dough pieces with flour dusting prior to or after product deposits into proofer pockets.
- Seam controlled infeed and discharge of dough pieces ensures improved round roll and Kaiser stamping.
- The proofer has an open construction for easy sanitation and maintenance.
- The equipment has electrically interlocked Lexan and stainless steel safety panels.
- Epoxy painted or stainless steel structures are available.
- Proofers can be supplied with either trough or round cup trays.

| SHEETERS/MOULDERS |
- The 32”, 42” and 52” wide sheeting heads are equipped with 3 sets of 4.5” diameter rollers with machine fit scrapers.
- The 62” sheeting head is equipped with 6” diameter sheeting rollers.
- The top rollers are grooved.
- Each sheeting head is supplied with sheeting roller adjustments on both sides
- Equipped with A/C variable speed sheeting rollers and an A/C variable speed reinforced heavy duty moulding bed.
- The sheeting head is equipped with a separate high speed curling conveyor.
